Returns

For any items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 15 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limited edition items can only returned and exchanged if the item has a manufacturer damage.

Refunds

After your item is received a refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product being mailed back is damaged in any way you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges (including limited edition items) will only be accepted if the item has a manufacturer damage.

If the product being mailed back is damaged in any way you will not be eligible for an exchange.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds on cancellations can only be processed if your order has not shipped.

Damages

Jeff Cullen Artistry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

USPS claims should be filed no later than 60 days from the date of mailing. If your item is damaged or missing contents, you should file a claim immediately but not later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
