Hekate Iynx (Jinx) Wheel (Oak)

Description

One of Hekate’s most distinctive tools is Her Iynx Wheel (also called Jinx Wheel). The purpose of the iynx is to draw down divine energy from the ether, to manifest the Gods in the physical world. When beginning the ritual, whirling the iynx toward the witch draws down the Gods, and away sends the Gods back. This is descriptive of the action of winding the tension into the iynx’s cord as you recite your hymns or incantations. The iynx was its own daemon, a spiritual messenger that sends and carries out the witch’s will. Not only can they draw down the Gods, but also draw in lovers, or cast out enemies. It serves another purpose as well, being called the “tongue of the Gods”, it serves to call forth divine prophecy. The sound the iynx makes with its humming and buzzing induces a trance when coupled with ritual.

These 5 inch diameter oak Iynx Wheels are modeled after my own personal wheel, and feature the design mentioned in “Liber Khthonia”! They are made in batches and once they are sold out I am not sure when I will produce more, so get them while they last!
